Certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Charlene combines education with real life understanding: the time constraints, the mental load, and the frustration of feeling like you are doing everything "right" and not seeing results.
She has helped hundreds of women build consistency, confidence and routines that fit their lives, not fight against them. She is passionate about helping women show up for themselves because when you do, everything in your life gets better too.
